I am getting the same issue while using the aspose.words 13.10. I have tried using v 13.12 and also the latest version 14.3 but same problem with all.
Can you please suggest if this bug is resolved or not? or If we need to update the code to make it working?

We used always the aspose.word 13.9. It's work fine with insertHTML.
We don't have found another solution that used the 13.9 Version.
We wait of a resolved too.
