Re: Document.Range.Replace is throwing exception when document is changed

We are also having this problem and due to the nature of the document and the replacement type, we can’t perform backwards replacement (replacements have dependencies on replacements that appear beforehand).
This is critical for us as we can’t move to an older version of aspose as there are other bug fixes that we need from the newer version.
What is the ETA on this fix?

Hi Daniel,

We apologize for your inconvenience.

what’s the latest version of aspose that does not include this bug?

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, there is no update available on this issue at the moment. However, we have asked for the ETA of this issue from our product team. As soon as any information is shared by them, we will be more than happy to share that with you.

Range.Replace throws exception when isForward parameter is true using a simple test application. We need some detail about your scenario/use case. Please share following detail here for our reference.

  • Please share your original use case along with original code.
  • Please share if there are any other related use case or general content in which you are planning to use Range.Replace functionality.

Thanks for your cooperation.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-13138) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
