I’m seeing this error in one of our test Word Documents still with version 15.11.0. File is attached.

We have converted the shared document to Pdf at Solaris, Ubuntu and Windows operating systems and have not found the shared issue. Please make sure that you have attached the correct document and using the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java 15.11.0.
