Re: Margin Differences Between Word and PDF - PDF not matching Word document

Hi,

anyupdate to WORDSNET-7263 or to WORDSNET-9751? Are these issues fixed?

BR,
Tero

Hi Tero,

Thanks for your inquiry. We regret to share with you that the issues (WORDSNET-7263 and WORDSNET-9751) had been postponed due to following missing features.

WORDSNET-4794 (Support cell spacing in layout) is related to WORDSNET-7263.
WORDSNET-832 (ROOT Make table layout as close to Word as possible) is related to WORDSNET-9751.

After the fix of these features, our product team will look into your issues. We will be sure to inform you via this forum thread as soon as these features are available.

Please try removing cell spacing and increasing cell margins as a workaround of WORDSNET-7263. Hope this helps you.

We are really very sorry for your inconvenience.

Thank you for the information. The differences between original Word document, and the converted PDF are very problematic in official documents.

Now we need to find alternative ways of doing the conversion if we are not getting fix for this soon. Please raise the priority of this fix.

Thank you,
Tero
