Yes, we are constantly working on to improve Aspose.Slides performance and memory needs. The ETA for pptx thumbnails is before the end of September 2008.
I’m afraid that is not a real timeline. The end of September was date of new PDF rendering but
more or less good pptx rendering will be available not earlier than end of this year.
I wouldn’t like to promise more optimistic estimations. There is too much work yet to make it available.
