Reading/writing ActiveX controls

Hi,

I’m trying to do a POC on whether it is possible to pick up ActiveX controls from a PowerPoint file, modify them and write them to another file.

Please see the screenshot with the selection pane. The two controls don’t show as ‘shapes’, and I’m not able to get them using getShapes() either.

Is there another way?

Thanks for your interest in Aspose.Slides.

I regret to share that support for adding and updating ActiveX control is unavailable in Aspose.Slides for Java. However, support for accessing ActiveX controls already added in presentation has been added in past. Can you please share the presentation that you have used which has ActiveX control and that are not being accessed using Aspose.Slides for Java 3.0.0. Please also share the sample code that you have used for accessing the ActiveX control in presentation.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESJAVA-33573) have been fixed in this update.
