We have been performing some tests publishing Microsoft Visio maps to SVG using Aspose.Diagram 18.8 and have come across a few errors.
I have attached a word document detailing the error, along with a copy of the original Visio map.

We were able to notice the similar issue while using Aspose.Diagram for .NET 18.9 and logged it under the ticket ID DIAGRAMNET-51533. We will surely investigate it and keep you posted with its resolution status. Please spare us little time.

We would like to share with you that your issue has been resolved in hotfix version Aspose.Diagram for .NET 18.9.1. You may please download hotfix from given link and in case you face any issue, please feel free to let us know.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as DIAGRAMNET-51533) have been fixed in Aspose.Diagram for .NET 18.10.
