Hi Andrew,

Thank you for being patient. We have received a response from our product team. We’ll do our best to resolve it in the upcoming release. First, it will be fixed under .NET platform of Aspose.Diagram APIs. It’s because the Java version is fully auto-ported from the .NET version. Normally, we release both .NET and Java version with one week difference. Please stay tuned and spare us a little time.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for being patient. From the specifics of ticket id DIAGRAMJAVA-50197, we’re not able to reproduce this issue using the latest build of Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.3.0. We have attached our output PDF file for your reference (Result.pdf). Please check it using the latest version 5.3.0 and let us know your feedback.

Note: Your provided resultant PDFs and PNG pictures are different than the source Visio diagram. So please also make sure that you have attached right problematic Visio diagram.
Dear Aspose,

Thank you very much for your response. We tried Aspose.Diagram for Java 5.4.0. and unfortunately exporting still does not working properly. Please find attached zip with files inside:
- Graph.vdx - source visio diagram
- Export.png - diagram exported to png
- Export.pdf - diagram exported to pdf
- fonts - directory with fonts used on diagram and for export

In terms of fonts exported PDF looks fine, but PNG not. Please notice, that we use Italic Calibri font in VXD, but there's no italic font on exported PNG. Also other fonts seems to be incorrect.

Fonts we used in VDX:
- Arial for the Timeline at the top of the file
- Calibri for all object text
- Calibri italics for line text

Please have look and let us know if we are doing anything wrong. Feel free to ask if you need any informations.

We'll be grateful for quick answer, as this is kind of hight priority for us.

Hi Artur,

We are investigating your documents and will update you shortly.
