Repeating dynamic column in word

here by am attaching a word documnet..my requirement is like

my first column is some variables and next column is Total ,next column is Company Names and the company name column is repeating that is it is dynamic...I need a solution to create template for this and how to implement this logic using aspose.Also if the company name is more than 3 then next company name column should come in the next page.
