Replacing text causes issues in Office 365 / SharePoint Online web browser editing

After changing a URL in a MS Word document, the line in the MS Word document that was changed becomes locked in the web browser editor.

If this same document is opened in MS Word (client), it works fine. However, customers have reported issues when trying to edit the document in SharePoint/Office 365 web browser Word Online editor after the ASPOSE changes.

Can you advise if this can be fixed and reproduced? We have been able to reproduce by simply editing a file in MS Word, and in MS Online/Office 365 MS Word Online version, it does not handle the change correctly.

@Chrisksang,

Please ZIP and upload your 1) input Word document, 2) Aspose.Words generated DOCX file showing the undesired behavior and 3) piece of source code here for testing. Please also list the complete steps that we can perform in Word Online etc to reproduce this issue on our end. We will then investigate it on our end and provide you more information.

This issue is fixed in ASPOSE update thank you
