We are using version 4.8 of Aspose Cell and we are unable to upgrade at this time. I have noticed the latest version has a GetPicture method on the PageSetup class in order to retrieve images out of the header. But I do not see this method in version 4.8. Is there a way to extract images from headers and footers in version 4.8?

Well, I suspect this method (i.e. PageSetup.GetPicture()) was not supported in the older version that you are using, this method is added in later versions. So, I am afraid, there is no option/workaround but to use latest versions if you need this functionality.
