Right-aligned tab-stops are not correctly rendered when saving to MHTML

After upgrading our Aspose Words version we noticed some render issues with particular documents. (render issue appears with version >= 16.11)
It seems that right-aligned tab-stops are not correctly rendered when saving to MHTML.
The result contains unexpected dots which are not visible in the original Word document. These dots also changes the alignment of the document.
When saving to PDF the result is as expected.

Example snippet:

Document('tab - stop - issue.docx').save('tab - stop - issue.mhtml', HtmlSaveOptions(SaveFormat.MHTML))
