RTF converted to PDF does not render alignment correctly

Opening an RTF document causes some paragraph spacing to not render correctly when the document is saved as a PDF.

In the attached documents, the line with the text “Reason For Amendment#2” is center aligned in the original document but appears to be left aligned when saved as a PDF document and viewed from Adobe Acrobat Reader orGoogle Chrome. No additional code was required to reproduce the issue, only opening and saving the document was required.
