How to achieve this in slides?

Thanks for your interest in Aspose.Slides.
As I have mentioned in our live chat session that Aspose.Slides regretfully does not support execution of macros. The macros can be executed by handling different third party Add-ins, that support macro execution on various events of slides. The events can be presentation open, presentation close and slide changed etc. You can then add your desired code snippet in the handled event.
