Hi, I have been looking at your service and wondered what availability guarantees your provide ?

Thank you very much for your interest in Saaspose.

Although, we’ve not created a formal SLA yet, our aim is 99.9% uptime across 360 days and so far we have met this goal. Obviously a venture like Saaspose cannot succeed without this level of reliability. In due course we will create a more formal SLA which will define exact processes and metrics.
