Saving a document with a table using percentages for column widths changes the formatting of the table

There are two documents attached to this post which are nearly identical. They both contain a large multi-page table with two columns, but one has the column widths specified by percentage and the other has the column widths specified by inches. When we use Aspose.Words to open and then resave the documents, the one based on inches stays the same, but in the one based on percentages, the formatting of the columns in the table are all messed up. Is it possible to get the same behavior no matter whether the columns are specified by inches or percentages?
