Saving Workbook as SpreadsheetML shifts Single Cell Named Ranges over 1 column to the left

I have a spreadsheet that contains 1 named range in cell B2 called MyNamedRange. When I save the Workbook in SpreadsheetML format, the named range has moved to A2.

When I look at the contents of the SpreadsheetML file i see the following...



I have attached an xls file and the resulting xml (SpreadsheetML) file for reference.
