I’m trying to search and apply redaction annotation on attached PDF file but using Aspose.PDF we are not able to do so could you please help us

I can not select the word Washington in the PDF using Adobe Acrobat so it looks like a problem with the source file. Please let us know if you are able to select the desired word.
