In an old post someone asked about serialization of the presentation streams and it was answered with the opening of ticket SLIDESNET-28412. What is the status?
Currently Presentation is not Serializable which leads to a host of problems when using AppFabric and other Azure based caching techniques. The solution right now is to write to MemoryStream (which is serializable), cache, retrieve, make a new Presentation from the MemoryStream. Not only is this extremely expensive, it also becomes slower (log n^3’ish) when more slides are added to the presentation.

I have observed the issue status and have found no further updates related to issue status in our issue tracking system. I have linked this thread with issue and have also raised the priority from Low to High, so that our development team may investigate the issue sooner. I will share the feedback with you in this regard as soon as it will be shared by them.

I regret to share that concerned support for serializing the slides is still unavailable in Aspose.Slides. We are investigating the possibility of implementing requested support and will share the feedback with you after investigation.
