Can u tell me official method? And I want to know what is getXCallout()?Do u know this code？

I suggest you to please visit following thread post for your reference. As per Aspose.Slides, the issue is still unresolved. This was in fact shared as work around by one of customers in following post.

The AngleValue property may be handy for other usage. We did solve our case for practical purposes by varying the values and observing how the wedges change. For positions of the wedge endpoint relative to the middle of the callout shape we got
