Set backgroung color to worksheet

Hi,

Can please tell us how to set background color to worksheet in the workbook. As we do in MS Excel, Ctrl + A and click on fill color icon.

My requirement is i need to draw a table with data and rest part as blank(White background color.)

I am attaching the sample template and please go through the template and provide me the solution.
