Shapes / drawings removed when xls file is stored as Excel 2007

When xls file that contains drawings is saved as Excel 2007 all drawings are removed.

code that is used:
Workbook asposeXls = new Workbook();
asposeXls.open(“HI211-0338_b.xls”);
asposeXls.save(“HI211-0338_b.xlsx”, FileFormatType.EXCEL2007);
