SharePoint: Edit in Word Online doesn' work

Hi, we have a lot of WORD documents Generated by Aspose.Words for .NET 14.3.0.0 (from HTML)

Then we are working with them in SharePoint (check attached SharePointEditInWordOnline.png).

Most of the documents work just fine.
But we have the issue (check attached Issue.png) if we are trying to edit a document with a table inside.

BTW: If we create WORD document with a table manually (trough WORD itself) - everything works.

Could you advise?
