We have fixed following issues in Aspose.Cells
for .NET 5.3.0.1
We have tested Aspose Cells 5.3.0.1 and the border issue has been fixed. However, we are still seeing alignment issues with left aligned values butting up against the left cell border. I have attached a jpg image and the spreadsheet file used to test. Please look into these issues as soon as possible.

We couldn’t find any issue.
We have seen the red circle inside your image, the image matches exactly with your input file.
When we used 5.2.5, the left alignment was not as close to the border. We notice in 5.3 version that left aligned items are butting up against the border as I have highlighted.
