Using Aspose.Words for Java.
I export both names and possesive forms of names for a mail merge document. This is dont so that the single quote vs 's issue is handled programatically. If a last name ends in ‘s’, the program appends a single quote to it, if it ends in any other letter, the program adds a 's to it. The problem is that the merge call seems to trim the trailing single quotes. In cases where only a single quote is added, it does not make it into the final document.
Is there a specific code to append instead of just the single quote, so that it survives the merge?
