Slide thumbnail generates a blank black page

Hi,


I am creating thumbnails of pptx slide using the examples given here Aspose.Slides for Java|Aspose.Slides Documentation

However, the thumbnail generated is a blank black image. Is this because of any licensing issue. I do have a valid aspose license for Slides 15.1.0, do I need any upgrades for generating thumbnails?

I have observed the requirements shared by you and request you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Java 15.7.0 on your end. If there is still an issue then please share the source presentation and generated output with us. I will investigate the issue further on my end to help you out.

Thanks Mudassir. Slides15.7.0 fixes the black blank page issue.
