We are running the latest Java libraries to convert docx files to PDF. We are running it in a multi-threaded environment. Some of the files convert others do not. There does not seem to be a pattern.
Attached are 2 files. THe sec 0 files does not convert. The other file converts without any issues. The log is in the ZIP file showing the aspose error.
we are able to get an older library working “Aspose.Words.jdk16.jar” but there are some formatting issues.
Is there a reason why the latest library does not like the format?
Hi John,
Thanks for your inquiry. We have converted the CSMCR _Sec_0-Title_Page.docx to pdf using latest version of Aspose.Words for Java 16.4.0 and have not found any issue. Please make sure that you are using Aspose.Words for Java 16.4.0. We have attached the output Pdf with this post for your kind reference.
Why is the error in the stack trace from aspose word? The latest version does not work. THe only version I can get working is “Aspose.Words.jdk16.jar” from last year and the latest “aspose-words-16.4.0-jdk16.jar” does not work.
Hi John,
Thanks for your inquiry. Could you please share following detail here for testing?
- Please share the stack trace.
- Please share the older Aspose.Words version number which works at your end.
- Please share your environment detail e.g. operating system, Jdk version etc.
- Please create a standalone Java application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your problem on our end and attach it here for testing.
As soon as you get these pieces of information ready, we'll start investigation into your issue and provide you more information. Thanks for your cooperation.
It is happening within the Application Serve environment.
I can zip up an App server such as glassfish and a sample servlet that replicates the issues.
How would I get these files to you?
