Can you please provide the update with regards to progress for the given issue?
As already stated, being reported by the customer in production environment, this has higher priority.

The issue logged earlier as CELLSJAVA-41533 is currently unresolved at the moment, however, we have requested the concerned member of the product team to share insight of the problem, and preferably an estimated time for the fix. Moreover, we have logged your comments to the aforementioned ticket. As soon as we receive any updates in this regard, we will post here for your kind reference.

Our concerned developer from product team has evaluated your issue further.
I am afraid, now such issues cannot be fixed. We cannot calculate the exact position of legend same as MS Excel for some scenarios (as yours).
