What is the status of a SQL 2008 verion of slides for reporting services.
We are looking to upgrade to gain access to the Rich Text box support.
Aspose Cells, Slides, Word are a very important components in our 2005 deployment.
Need to know if 2008 updates for SSRS rendering extensions are in the works

Just now we are working on new rendering engine for SQL 2005 which will support custom reports with nested tables, groups, and etc. As you probably know, current version render such tables as empty tables.
After finishing it we will investigate possibility to add new features of SQL 2008.
Anyway, you can use Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services with SQL 2008.
It should work but without new features of course.
