When I export the report, all the data appears fine but the tablix objects get cut up (1/2 will appear on one page 1/2 on another page).
Is there an easy fix for this?
Attached are the PPTX exported file and the RDL file (.txt) pulled from the Report database.

I have observed the presentation file shared by you. In order to investigate the issue on my end, I request
you to please provide the source RDL along with data source (SQL DDL and
DML script for tables and their data used in Report), generated
presentation, Pdf export and RPL export of the report . I will be able to investigate the
issue further on my end on provision of requested information.
PS:
I also suggest you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Reporting
Services 5.1.3 on your end as well if you are not using that.

I have observed the PDF and presentation file shared by you. The generated PDF even have tablix getting rendered on separate page. I suggest you to please try changing the page layout to Landscape and also ensure that size of tablix must not exceed report size. I have also created an issue with ID SLIDESREP-33464 in our issue tracking system for our product team to also investigate the issue on their end. I will share the feedback with you as soon as it will be shared by our product team.
