Stamping word document takes ~9 minutes

When stamping a large docx file (1MB) it takes about nine minutes to create to Aspose object and run updateFields. When doing the same in .Net it takes five seconds.


Is there anyway we can speed this up on the Java side?

Thanks for your inquiry. When using Aspose.Words for Java 15.1.0, it took just under 3 minutes to load this document and update fields in it. I performed this test over 64-bits Windows 7 machine. I suggest you please upgrade to the latest version from the following link:
