Still unresolved! Evaluation Watermark Still Appearing After License Purchase - Help

We need this resolved asap.

We paid lots of money for this software and are having issues. To not be able to speak with someone on the phone is RIDCULOUS. We are wasting time and resources corresponding through a web forum on a SLOW website when it takes a day to get a response.

HELP PLEASE. Is it possible to speak with someone via phone?!!!

Here is the link: <a href="https://forum.aspose.com/t/32559</a></p><p>It's close to the top of the list of forum threads---and it's title is basically the same name. </p><p>I created a new thread because I stopped getting replies to the first one.</p><p>We purchased Aspose Total for Reporting Services. </p><p>We are running SQL Server 2005 and SSRS 2005. </p><p>We have followed the instructions in the link that was provided in the first thread. All the evaluation watermarks are removed except for any export that is related to Excel.</p><p>What do we need to do to get that one removed? What do we need to troubleshoot?</p><p>We need this resolved ASAP. If we are forced to receive technical support via a web forum, then turn around times on answers should be within an hour or so. Waiting 24 hours for each response when you're basically trying to have a conversation via forum posts wastes a great deal of time and is unacceptable for your customers.</p>

Please try the latest version/fix v1.7.0.43 (MSI) installer.

Please refer to the following steps.

1. Install the latest version/fix using its MSI Installer for your desired SQL Server 2005.
2. Check the Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.dll version. The file is located in the following folder: ${MSSQL Server Reporting Services} \ReportServer\Bin\
3. Copy license file into the follow path: ${MSSQL Server Reporting Services} \ReportServer\Bin\ and ${Installation Folder}\License\.
4. Please rename license file name to: e.g, "Aspose.Cells.Reporting.Services.lic", "Aspose.Total.Reporting.Services.lic" or "Aspose.Total.ReportingServices.lic".

If the issue still exists, please post the following information here, we will check your issue ASAP.

1. Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.xml and Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.log file. they are located in the following folder: ${ Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services Installation Folder}\.
2. If you cannot find Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.log file. Please modify installation folder permissions set.
3. Please check the path value of: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aspose\Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices key.
4. Please tell us your license file name.
