Strange Visio file - save HTML problem

I have a visio document which looks weird. The shapes are bigger than the page size.

When I save this file as html in Visio application, the output looks like this:

So even if shapes are outside the page size, in html they are still visible. But when we generate html using Aspose, the html contains only shapes which are directly on the inside the page.
