Style information is changed after insertion

Hi there Aspose Team.
I need to insert a document inside an other. No problem to do it thanks to the code provided here.
The problem is for a certain document the style applied in the final document is not the same as in the source document.
In the source document the style is “Text”.
In the final document the style is “PDocNavigatePartOfParagraph”.

In the attached zip file you will find the following files:
- Identification.doc the source document.
- target.doc the document in wich the source document is inserted.
- result.doc the document after the insertion is done.

Thanks for helping me figuring out what’s going on.

Hi Edith,

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested the scenario and have found that the style is changed from ‘Text’ to ‘>1: texte-text’ after inserting Identification.doc into target.doc. I have used the latest version of Aspose.Words v14.6.0 to test this issue.

For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSNET-10553. I have linked this forum thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

We apologize for your inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-10553) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
