Hello,
I am looking for a service only to convert my files to html. I do not need any kind of repository​, barcodes or ocr…is there any possibilit​y to provide a suitable plan for my needs?

Hi Cleyverson,

We actually charge document operations (create, convert or update) only; Barcode, OCR and other API operations are free. Barcode, OCR and other API operations limits are just to ensure fair usage of the service.

Can you please share your average monthly volume and file sizes to process?

Hello,

Thank you for ur quick feedback. Well, at first I have about 40K files to
convert to html (whole repository). But after that I will need only 500
conversions per month on average.

Hi Cleyverson,

Sorry for the late response. I have moved your query to management to suggest if we can provide a custom plan for initial 40k conversions. We will let you know as soon as a decision is made.

At present, you can subscribe for an Enterprise plan which allows 10000 documents and $0.03 for any additional document. Once your 40k documents are converted, you can change your plan to Startup.

Hello,

Unfortunately the Enterprise plan is too much to my budget since thisis
related to a personal/academic project. My max budget I could willing to is
a Startup plan, but only 1K conversions per month is too low to my needs.

Is there any other suggestion you could propose?

Hi Cleyverson,

I am sorry to inform you that it is difficult for us to accommodate initial 40k conversions in a Start-up plan. At the moment we offer 1,000 documents in a Startup plan; in future there will be even less than 1,000 conversion included in the Start-up Plan.

All we can suggest at the moment is whether you can do without the 40,000 backlog then you can work with the Start-up plan and do some of your backlog over time rather than up front.
