SUM AVERAGE calculation #VALUE! when If the first parameter is bracketed , and multiple cell

If the first parameter of sum formula and AVERAGE formula is bracketed, and multiple cell references separated by commas are used in the middle, one of which is not a numerical value, the formula calculation error occurs.

However, count is calculated normally. In addition, in version 20.1, sum and AVERAGE formulas can also be calculated normally.
