Summary Zoom Is Not Dynamic when Saving PowerPoint Presentations to PDF in C++

When creating a presentation with Summary Zoom slide, when saving the presentation in pdf, the zoom slides are not dynamic (/not clickable).
when working with MS PowerPoint, and saving PPTX as PDF, the Zoom is clickable.
