Support for older versions

Hi,

We are using Aspose.Total (2.2 Version). What is the latest version available? I would like to know what kind of support will be provided if we continue to stay on 2.2 version. Please specify the support terms with respect to any security / performance issues. Will you recommend us to move to the newer version or provide patches to older versions if we identify any issues in the version we are using

Is there any support expiry date for 2.2 version?

If we decide to upgrade then what is the upgrade path to latest version?

Hi

Thank you for contacting support.

It looks as 2.2 version is the license type. Our sales team can guide you better on this. You can contact them by posting in the Aspose.Purchase forum. However, please note, Aspose.Total for .NET is a compilation of every .NET component offered by Aspose. We compile it on a daily basis to ensure that it contains the most up to date versions of each of our .NET components. You can check the version of each Aspose .NET component there: http://www.aspose.com/community/files/51/.net-components/aspose.total-for-.net/entry87871.aspx

As I said earlier, our sales team can guide you in reference of 2.2 license version and associated support services. However, for support service details, please refer to the following site page:

We recommend our users to post their issues, proactively in the Aspose site forums because anyone could post under the free support model.

Each license carries one year free subscription. You can check your license subscription expiry date by opening the license file with notepad. The expiry date will be in “subscriptionexpiry” tag. Your license will never be expired if you use the Aspose binary version whose release date is less than your license’s expiry date, it will work forever. However, we recommend our users always use the latest version of Aspose binaries because it contains many improvements, bug fixes and new features. We don’t provide fixes in the old code base. We release the new version of Aspose binaries after some time.

Please refer to the renewal policies:

We hope, this helps. Please let us know in case of any ambiguity or questions.
