Support for setting outer and inner shadow effect (C# .NET)

Could someone help me to get the shadow effect inside and outside of doughnut as shown in the image.
Do we need to set that effect at chart level or datapoint level, request you to send some sample code.

Thank you, i would like to have effects on chart with white shadow, not on text( as attached in the image).

Moreover, is it mandatory to always set all params like BlurRadius, Direction, Distance and ShadowColor.B ?Capture.PNG (10.3 KB)
