Supported for 2013 version or not

Dear Team,

I am using your product and it is working fine and supported upto 2010 version of outlook ost files. But, when come to 2013 version it is not converting. Is that feature added in the latest dll or not. Please tell me. If it supports 2013 then we would like to purchase the product immediately.

Hi Durga,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The ost format in Outlook 2013 was significantly changed. There haven't been any open specification for this format yet that's why we don't have any opportunity to implement the support in the near future. Thus, AE still supports the OST formats for Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 (because ost is actually a pst format for which there is an open specification).
