Svg skewed when inserted into PDF document

Using version 23.10 of Aspose.PDF, we are trying to insert a .svg object with an image, and preserve the aspect ratio of the image embedded in the .svg
In the attached image is a screen shot of the (left) pdf version of the svg, and (right) google chrome image.
