@rajesh.sanam

Thanks for contacting support.

I have tested the scenario in our environment and observed that code never stopped executing and system got unresponsive after spending half an hour of execution. Hence I have logged a performance issue as PDFNET-43220 in our issue tracking system. We will further investigate it and keep you updated with the status of its correction. Please be patient and spare us little time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Any Update on this since I am getting “out of memory” exception when I convert pdf to html

@ajimr11

The ticket PDFNET-43220 is currently unresolved. However, for your problem, we have replied you in the other thread created by you. We will keep you posted once any update will be available.

If I ask you any extra feature or fine tuning you may say about paid support but in this case your tool is not even doing basic conversion and it throw out of memory exception then I would prefer you have to jump into such issues rather than talk about free vs paid support.

@ajimr11

We definitely value your concerns and have accepted the problem to be occurring with latest version of the API. However, there are many tickets logged already and we consider each of those to be equally important thus scheduling with first come first serve approach. Whereas, in case some ticket is a blocker then we recommend Paid Support because exclusive attention and efforts are dedicated for such scenarios. We hope this helps elaborating our position towards issue resolution. We are really thankful to you for your patience.
