Tables rendered incorrectly when PDF saved

We have a document that contains 2 tables that butt up against each other giving the initial appearance of a single table.

When the document is saved to PDF, the tables are overlaid on top of each other and do not appear as expected.

If I join both tables together the PDF looks as I would it expect it to.

I have attached a sample document and the PDF that is rendered to illustrate the issue.

I ahve replicated this with the recently released version 10.4.0.0

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-5207) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
