Task.start retrives year as 2000

I’m new to this product. Yesterday, I downloaded the trial version 1.3.7.0 and then tried reading an MPP file. I’m using MS Visual Studio .NET 2003. Everything works great except that the year components of theTask.Start and Task.Finish are retrieved as 2000 in stead of the actual year.

Any idea ?
