Templates applied to one slide presentation

Hi,

Can I have two templates cloned to one slide presentation. For example I have template A which forms upper part of slide and template B which forms second half of the same slide.

Thats what I wanted to know. I have defined two templates. So if I wanted to create one slide using these two templates, is that possible?
