I need a routine that would look at a Word doc and do a simulated test merge, so I can determine if I have set up the TableStart TableEnd regions, correctly, so I do not get errors like “Found mail merge region ‘$PW’ nested in another merge field … Nested mail merge fields are not yet supported”. But I would not know the names of the merge regions ahead of time, and want to loop through the fields in a doc to test that issue. Is there a way?
