TextFragment has super tiny font size after added to page

I found a mysterious bug:

Create a new TextFragment object, and set its TextState.Rotation the same as a text on the page. Using TextBuilder to append the new fragment on the page. Then the new text font will be super tiny. You need to zoom in a lot to realize it is the text.

Version: Aspose.PDF(.net) 23.1

It is really troublesome for me and unable to avoid. Hope you can find out why and fix it soon.
