TextFragmentAbsorber not reporting Rectangle correctly

For some fragments, the bounding Rectangle is coming up with negative numbers, which do not appear to be relative to the Page.

I already am using the code as described in the snippet. However, retrieving the page text using TextFragementAbsorber results in less text than using TextAbsorber.
