Thai characters converted to numbers in PDF

Hi,
we have problem with the list enumerated with thai characters. After saving file in PDF they are converted to regular numbers (1,2,3). All other characters are correct

Thanks for your inquiry. Please note that Aspose.Words requires TrueType fonts when rendering document to fixed-page formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF or XPS). You need to install fonts that are used in your document on the machine where you’re converting documents to PDF. Please refer to the following article:

If you still face problem, please ZIP and attach ‘CordiaUPC’ and ‘Angsana New’ fonts here for testing. We will investigate the issue on our side and provide you more information.

Fonts are provided and problem occurs anyway.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-16501) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 18.8 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 18.8 update.
