Thai characters not preserved when saving to PDF

Hi all,

is there any news about the resolution time of the issue WORDSNET-14989?
We are in the same situation and we would need to understand if there is any possibility to get a fix soon.

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the implementation of WORDSNET-14989 has still been postponed.

Please ZIP and attach your input Word document, Font files used in Word document and Aspose.Words generated output PDF file showing the undesired behavior here for testing. We will investigate your issue on our end and provide you more information.

While using the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. 17.8, we managed to reproduce this issue on our end. We have logged this issue in our bug tracking system. The ID of this issue is WORDSNET-15764.
